Clip-in Ceiling System(Type:CC)

The"APEZ" Clip-in System, by way of a concealed suspension stytem, offers an attractive monolithic ceiling appearance and is designed for ceiling installations where cost is a priority over flexibility, yet which still require a quality finish. The ceiling panels are produced on advanced manfacturing equipment, which includes levelling stages in the process.The high quality precision engineered panels are flat and dimensionally stable. They are available with bevelled or square edges.The ceiling panels are made of aluminium or steel, perforated or non-perforated, and available in colours according to RAL or to special order.

Components

The CC system comprises of three main clements;the primary grid profile(C-channel), the secondary grid profile (Spring Tee) and the panels.

Installation

The suspension elements(rapid hanger or threadedrod) are fixed directly to the structural slab with anchored Z-bracket. The length can be adjusted according to the suspension height desired. The hangers may be hooked directly through the per-punch holes in the secondary grid profile; to permit fine alignment of position along its length,the hangers can also be fixed to a hanger bracket that clasps along the primary grid profile. The primary grid is attached to the secondary grid by means of a Spring Clip to form a sturdy two-way grid. Pancls can then be located and clipped into place to complete the installation.
