Hi-Tech GRG(Glass Reinforced Gypsum)

The "APEZ" - Hitech GRG is a product designed to capture the look and feel of stone yet light in weight and is non-combustible and does not give off any toxic fumes when heat is applied. Hi-tech

GRG is made by hand laminating sheets of fibre glass into gypsum. Hi-tech GRG can be made into cladding and special ceiling, such as column,moulding, cornice, dome, coffer and light trough to almost any shapes and or concept and also in variety of texture and colours to meet the ultimate requirement.

Main Feature

Hi-tech GRG Panels which make it a superior internal wall finish to that of it's competitors are:

1. Hi-tech GRG is a pre-fabricated panel, thus allowing for optimum installation times to meet the most critical programmes.

2. Almost any shape or concept can be accommodated with aid of our professional team. Which boasts Quantity Surveyors,Engineers and Architects.

3. Plasters used in Hi-tech GRG have been tested and conform to Class A requirement of B.S.1191:Part 1:1973.

4. Hit-tech GRG in it's installed state is non-combustible, in compliance with BS 476 Part

4: 1970. All standard Hi-tech GRG component materials have been tested and achieve Class O certification.

5. Hi-tech GRG has a unique surface hardness for a composite material of it's thickness and weight. It can withstand much stronger impact compare to conventional plaster panel.

6. In the event of damage during or after installation. Hi-tech GRG can be easily and rapidly repaired on site to a finish that will mirror a new panel.

Installation

By ceiling contractor. During the Hi-tech GRG fabrication process, hanging brackets in the form of Aluminium T, Angles and steel plate are pre-install inside the glass fibre reinforced sheets at pre-designed locations as installation and hanging points. Installation of ceiling panels by suspension is as simple as other mineral fibre ceilings.

Installation of wall cladding is 1much simpler than metal claddings as Hi-tech GRG can be surface fixed and then patched up by premixed gypsum.
