Tegular Lay-in Ceiling System(Type:DG)

The "APEZ" Tegular Lay-in Systems meet boththe aesthetic and pragmatic requirements of modern ceiling design. They are exposed suspended ceiling systems, which accents the grid pattern. The ceiling panels are produced on advanced manufacturing equipment,which includes levelling stages in the process. The high quality precision engineered panels are flat and dimensionally stable. They are available with bevelled or square edges and shallow or deep forming. The ceiling panels are made of aluminium or steel, perforated or non-perforated,and available in colours according to RAL or to special order.

Components

The TG System comprises of the following components; rapid hangers，visible T-profile construction and ceiling panels.

Installation

The suspension elements or the rapid hanger is fixed directly to the structural slab with anchored Z-bracket.The length can be adjusted according to the suspension height preferred.The hangers are hooked directly through the pre-punch holes in the primary grid T-profile.The cross T-profile is perpendicularly attached to the primary gridT-profile to form a sturdy two-way grid. Panels can then be located and laid into place to complete the installation.
